Week 3 Day 1 (Lecture 2) A Doula Story…The Movie

Now, we will embark on the actualization of your role and duties as a Doula. This movie is the “blood, gut and gore” of the profession and one I hope you can learn from.

She is an inspiration to me and I pray she will motivate you to be the best you can be in this profession!  I know you will have a great advantage with this movie.

Once you are finished with the movie, I need you to answer the following questions and EMAIL them as an attachment to me.

Question 1:  What would you have done differently when handling the teen Mom that had false labor?!?

Question 2:  What would be your “talk” to the Sister that was 19 with five children?!?

Question 3:  How would you help this Sister give better care to the teens she in service to?!?

You have a week from today to have this essay into me.
